Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP and a frightened dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. In 1990 I moved to America together with my parents and brother as I reached the age of one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my journey. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. I had a plan to attend school, graduate and get a good job. And then I wanted a wife and kids. This was my vision of what success would look like. However, life was not so keen on my thoughts. When I was in 2013, I started anxious about going to work. job the money and status was not bringing me joyIt was as if I had wasted my life away for a paycheck when I knew I had a destiny. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was exercising. I also loved socializing and being able to aid other people. In the process of pursuing this direction change in my life, I discovered personal training. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in the year 2021. In this field there is a lack of Asian women. Within the field of coaching, I want to change the world by offering high-quality coaching to help others become more healthy and happy. My goal is for me to help others chase their goals and lead the lives they've always dreamed of. My career was beginning to take off, I had the biggest loss in my life, my mother's passing away. To be in Heaven she now rests following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory about her each day. Life really does have the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even if we are unable to see the lesson at the moment. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I got my second opportunity to live a happy and fulfilled life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is an experience of awe and vitality. It's like I'm truly living rather than just surviving. When I tell the story of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people will be able to understand my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they are not alone. Also, that there exists genuine love. Also that therapy is necessary and not abnormal. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. As death is all that we can have I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
